nSo I made the decision to use a version of the Oberkrebach map modular yard (MY).
nThe card is aimed particularly at users who would like to design their own farm.
nIn the "New Farmer" mode you can sell all buildings on the farm.
nAnimals do not start in any of the modes.
nThere is enough space to place a complete yard.
nAdded bushes and decoFoliage to mode Landscape.
nPropagation grass built in (renewable, crop grass frame, swath laying grass)
nThe card offers:

n5 meadows,
n5 sales outlets,
n2 forests for forest work and
na BGA
